The glass paneled front and rear of the structure was key in creating a bright, informal ‘business’ environment where visitors came in to browse the tents, flooring and discuss with the RÖDER HTS HÖCKER salespeople their specific requirements. Structures and fittings displayed inside the main stand allowed visitors plenty to ‘touch and feel’, whilst plasma screens displayed example of the total range, bespoke structures, and included example structures from their latest division HTS –Industrial. Point of sale literature was freely available, along with complimentary refreshments and light snacks making the atmosphere very relaxed yet informative. So was it all worth it? Giles Hill, Director of RÖDER HTS HÖCKER GMBH says, “The level of interest and enquiries this year was actually quite surprising given the current economic climate. Our regular customers are saying things are improving and bookings are increasing for 2010, and they are continuing to buy which shows the demand for innovative structures in the event industry” As a clear example of this, Events & Tents purchased the main structure and the suspended cassette flooring system was purchased by Lockhart Leisure.
